1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account or using Free Email Sender, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and must provide accurate, current account information. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for that organization.
2. Your account and SMTP connection
You are responsible for protecting your login information, connected sender accounts, app passwords, and devices. You must notify us if you believe an account has been accessed without permission. You may connect only an SMTP account that you own or are authorized to use. Your email provider's separate terms, security requirements, quotas, and sending limits continue to apply.
3. Permission-based email campaigns
You must have an appropriate legal basis to contact every recipient. Purchased, scraped, harvested, or unlawfully obtained email lists are prohibited. Campaigns must identify the sender honestly, avoid misleading subject lines, include any legally required business information, and provide a practical way to stop future marketing messages.
4. Prohibited content and activity
You may not use the service for spam, phishing, impersonation, fraud, harassment, malware, illegal products, deceptive promotions, privacy violations, or content that infringes another person's rights. You may not probe, overload, reverse engineer, bypass security, interfere with queues, or use automated access that harms the platform or other customers.
5. Contact lists and campaign content
You retain responsibility for the contacts and content you upload. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to process that information and send each message. Keep lists accurate, remove recipients who opt out, investigate repeated failures, and avoid sending to addresses that should no longer be contacted.
6. Campaign delivery
We process campaigns according to the settings and sender details you provide, but we cannot guarantee inbox placement or delivery. Messages may be delayed, rejected, filtered, rate-limited, or blocked by recipient servers, your SMTP provider, security systems, network conditions, or incorrect addresses. Recipient-level reporting is provided to help identify and resolve delivery problems.
7. Pricing, payments, and subscriptions
The applicable campaign price or monthly plan is shown before checkout. You authorize our payment provider to process selected charges. Monthly plans renew according to the terms displayed at purchase until cancelled. Used campaign fees and consumed allowances are not refundable except where required by law. Taxes may apply based on your location.
8. Trials and promotions
Trials and promotional allowances may have time, volume, account, or eligibility limits. They have no cash value and may not be transferred, resold, or repeatedly claimed through duplicate accounts. We may modify or end a promotion without affecting services already purchased.
9. Suspension and termination
We may pause a campaign or restrict an account when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect recipients, prevent fraud, maintain security, comply with law, or protect delivery infrastructure. You may stop using the service at any time. Obligations relating to payments, ownership, liability, and disputes survive account closure where applicable.
10. Service availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service, but maintenance, provider incidents, updates, and events outside our control can cause interruptions. Features and limits may change as the platform develops. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably required.
11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Free Email Sender is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, recipient actions, provider restrictions, or delivery outcomes outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
