Free Email Sender publishes a privacy policy describing account data, imported contacts, SMTP credentials, analytics, payments and privacy requests such as access, correction or deletion. Whether a specific campaign complies with GDPR, CCPA, CASL, CAN-SPAM or other laws depends on how you collect and use recipient data. SMTP credentials are AES-256 encrypted before storage and are not returned to the browser after saving. Payments are processed by Stripe or another displayed provider. Imported lists are not sold or used for Free Email Sender’s own marketing. No online service can promise absolute security.

Common causes include missing SPF, DKIM or DMARC records, weak list quality, unfamiliar sender identity, spammy content and provider reputation issues. Free Email Sender does not configure DNS authentication for you; that remains your domain and SMTP provider’s responsibility.

Send only to permission-based contacts, keep lists clean, authenticate your sending domain, use honest subjects, include a working opt-out, pace volume responsibly and review failures before retrying. Monitor complaint and bounce signals from your provider.

Choose Free Email Sender for simple CSV campaigns, pay-per-email pricing and connected SMTP delivery. Choose Mailchimp when you need its hosted delivery, broader automations, forms and integrations and are comfortable with contact-tier pricing.
